A Tribute to a Legacy That Continues to Inspire
At Santa Rosa, we hold dear the memory of a remarkable woman, the mother-in-law I was blessed to call my second mom. This month, specifically on April 11th, we would be celebrating her 88th birthday. It is in her honor that our company was named Santa Rosa, a symbol of her enduring spirit and grace.
My mother-in-law was the pillar who trusted me with the most precious part of her life, her daughter, my beloved wife. She welcomed me as the sixth son into her family of five, nurturing my integration with warmth and wisdom. Her trust and encouragement brought out the best in me, influencing not just my personal life but the ethos of Santa Rosa itself.
Her final years, battling cancer and choosing to make our home her own, were filled with challenges, yet she faced them with unmatched dignity. Her kind-hearted conversations, though strained by health struggles, enriched my days and profoundly shaped my character and aspirations.
Fifteen years have passed since we started Santa Rosa to honor her memory, and her influence remains a cornerstone of our values and actions. Every day, we strive to embody the kindness and strength she demonstrated throughout her life.
As we remember her, let's reflect on the lessons she taught us and the love she shared, which continue to inspire our work and lives.
We thank you for being part of our journey and for helping us keep her memory alive.
